WHY MANY WILL MISS BARACK OBAMA

Former President Barack Obama energized the media with his weekly scandals, blatantly confusing rhetoric and the devious nature in which he managed his office. Barack Obama’s passing into history is tantamount to a pin hitting the floor, it’s barely audible now. This article can only touch upon the myth created around an ineffectual leader. As we know myths become legends and legends become whispers of a past that never happened.

Egregious leaders are usually colorful, self-absorbed with egos that define who they are, no less for the former President. Many questions still surround Obama’s background that continues to haunt us today. Why was his school records kept from the public? How did he manage to obtain entrance to Harvard Law School? Who were his financial backers?  One can clearly state a cloak of secrecy enveloped him early on keeping inquisitive minds at a distance. During the hunt to identify who resided in the White House the hunters were stonewalled at every turn. The greater irony was the alphabet soup of media outlets were in the tank for him right or wrong. Those who took an antithetical view to Obama’s stated goals found themselves diminished and or out in the street because there was no tolerance for the truth under the then reigning monarch. The game was who would Obama harm next as he cheated the country out of a well-deserved treason trial.

Against all odds the country did not fall into a World War as Obama destroyed relationships with the few friends the United States had left on this planet. Israel was blatantly rebuffed. Russia was cast as the ultimate evil empire ready to tear into us without notice. China was given the keys to our country as they dumped commercial products on our shores creating massive trade imbalances measured in hundreds of billions. Incompetence cannot be measured. In the event it could Obama’s IQ would be beyond the ability to quantify. The former President’s actions eviscerated this country. Nobel Peace Prize was given to him yet no peace occurred. Trillions stolen from the treasury to reconstruct the country yet infrastructure is still decadent. Health care access and delivery are a mess after spending hundreds of billions on a program designed to lose.  Race relations are infinitely worse since Obama took office for deliberate reasons among them were his blatant hate for every tradition and institution which made this country strong. Ineptitude follows those who spread their wings but have no ability to fly. President Obama could not fly nor did he have the capability to perceive the detriment he caused the nation.  As the toxic cloud of Democrat rule diffuses the left will attempt to stifle the new President’s rule with a collection of measures designed to cause gridlock. President Trump will succeed, as the left, shocked by a loss to him, moves further into oblivion.  Yes, tens of millions will miss Obama for the day to day entertainment his incompetence provided. Now that he has moved on the level of Prozac intake has already gone down exponentially as we look forward to rational government once again. Eric Arthur Blair, better known as George Orwell, could not have written a darker scenario than America presently confronts. Government actors including but not limited to; the President of the United States Barack Obama, the Attorney General Loretta Lynch and membership of the FBI have colluded with Hillary Clinton’s campaign to alter the outcome of the presidential election.  Their actions include obstruction of justice, misuse of classified information, destruction of classified information and other offenses against this nation. Congress stands by as the Executive Branch pummels a nonpolitician who wants to “Drain the Swamp” of corruption in our Capital. Our nation has been compromised by a rogue government which puts itself before the people. Not to worry a new sheriff is coming to town.

Donald Trump is no paragon of virtue or saint. His origins are derived from the hard streets of New York City. His father, Fred Trump, built residences for those in the low and middle income brackets. In this environment our next President became intensely interested in real estate. Building an expansive company Donald Trump has developed numerous skills, lacking in most politicians, which could benefit the entire nation. The wall of skepticism generated by the left concerning Trump’s abilities and lifestyle were designed to take him down. They failed miserably. Instead media outlets pushing this adulterated garbage have been rebuked by Trump and his followers. Ratings of left wing news outlets have tanked and some Hillary co-conspirators have lost their jobs. With that stated the cleansing process has already begun.

Universal stupidity has brought the present government into power. Promises made were not promises kept. Degenerate thought processes have driven governmental departments to destroy whatever good government could do for us leaving behind a barren frontier to rebuild. Trump is the correct person to initiate this building process. Every institution, tradition and industry has been touched in some form or manner by the overreach of incompetence. As bad as this sounds there is worse. Intimidation of American citizens on a level, not seen in one human life time, has emerged as a norm for the Obama Administration. Payoffs, kickbacks and bribes have accompanied the current President’s tenure in office received by those who lather praise on him. Imagine for a moment that a Republican was in office involved in the same actions. Special prosecutors would be invoked and indictments would flow. Will this Teflon President jump ship and avoid his day in court? Not likely. With the new sheriff a few days away from appointment there is no place in the foothills or valleys to hide. Come clean Mr. President the American people and your soul need a lift from 8 years of your reign.

Speculate no more, Obama has given Iran the means to obtain a nuclear device in the near future. Our misguided president has not only made a bad deal for America, he has made a bad deal for the World. Obama’s Muslim before American mentality moves this nation closer to the brink of annihilation.  Couched in legal rhetoric, that compromises the safety of the United States, Iran has been given the green light to move ahead with its nuclear weapons program. John Kerry was our chief negotiator. This is the same John Kerry who was accused of writing his own recommendations for medals in Vietnam. This is also the same John Kerry who protested the Vietnam War as his comrades were dying in this third World cesspool. A man who has proven he cannot be trusted caved to the demands of the Iranian regime. Obama announced, with disingenuous tones, that Kerry’s finished product was the best alternative to keep Iran’s nuke program in its infancy. Those with sense and sensibility about them know the best alternative is a better agreement not one drawn up under artificial circumstances.

 

Most Americans are befuddled by the physics of nuclear weapons. Diving deep into the technology one can see Iran is very close to its goal of a fissionable nuclear device. With 19,000 known centrifuges to concentrate Uranium into its proper modality for a bomb the current treaty does little to hinder this process. Worse Iran is free to develop and or purchase launch vehicles which could hit our shores or close by Israel. Iran, claims to this day, it wants to wipe Israel off the map. Iranians continue to chant death to America. What did John Kerry and Barack Obama gain with a treaty/agreement that commits Americans to building civil defense shelters instead of bridges to peace, nothing. 

 

With this agreement/treaty in place tens of billions will flow into the coffers Iran. These are Iranian financial assets which were held in abeyance to bring Iran to the negotiating table. Once confronted by the United States negotiating team Iran overwhelmed their counterparts with a flood of demands which undercut the very reason all were at the table. Duplicate in nature and conspicuous in substance the document generated will never be implemented. Designed to fail Iran will achieve its goal of nukes within the time frame that Obama has left in office. When Obama returns to his Hawaiian roots and looks east at the California coastline he will know from where the fireball originated.

Nightmares never leave us. Attached to our psyches they wait for the signal to remerge. As a child coming of age in the 1960s the fear of nuclear annihilation was ever present in the media. This fear was represented by nuclear mushroom clouds expanding across placid skies. Reality clashed with this hypothetical when Russian missile placements were observed on the island of Cuba. President Kennedy, fearing the worst, took immediate action to diffuse this communist nation’s encroachment into the Western Hemisphere. Without this strong President’s leadership the beginnings of World War Three would have been a few steps away. Fifty years later this country is once again battling for its future.

 

Scattered across the Iranian landscape are dozens of facilities established for one end purpose, enrichment of Uranium for bombs. http://www.jpost.com/International/Die-Welt-Iran-building-rocket-bases-in-Venezuela Utilizing nearly 20,000 centrifuges Iranian workers are closing in on their ultimate goal. America, not fully cognizant of Iran’s weapons status, is blindly negotiating a treaty to curtail a program that may have already come to fruition. John Kerry, the present Secretary of State, back stabbed his fellow Vietnam Vets during his formative years by testifying against them before Congress. Trust is not one of Kerry’s strong points. Forty years later he is the lead negotiator for a treaty with Iran. With a lack of transparency Kerry and Obama have released little on the framework of this proposed treaty. Speculation is Obama desperately wants this treaty no matter who he throws under the literal bus. In the event this is a legacy moment for the Commander-in-Chief he has failed. Instead Obama is writing an epitaph for the America he hates and the Israel he loathes.

 

Reports of Iranian missile placements in Venezuela have been carried by foreign news sources. http://www.jpost.com/International/Die-Welt-Iran-building-rocket-bases-in-Venezuela American media has been quiescent on this subject. Once operational these missiles could reach continental United States in a matter of minutes. With Iran’s rapid development of fissionable material these missiles could be tipped with warheads which can decimate American cities on a whim. Essentially the Cuban Missile crisis has come to the 21^st century. Obama, oblivious to the Constitution, does not have the courage to invoke the Monroe Doctrine. Striking are the differences in leadership between John Kennedy and Barack Obama. Kennedy led us away from a nuclear holocaust. Obama is leading us towards one. Perhaps that was the plan from day one. When Obama took the oath of office in 2009 he swore to uphold the Constitution and defend America. From this small perch Obama’s real motives were to dismantle American institutions, traditions and its industrial base. He is on his way to succeeding with these goals. My recommendation is build a Civil Defense shelter because Iran and others are coming our way.

President Obama has set up a confrontation with Congress that he cannot win. His intention to use Executive Orders to repair perceived inequities in immigration goes far beyond the powers granted to the Executive Branch. There is no section in the Constitution or in statute that permits Executive Orders. Executive power is noted in Article II, Section 1, Clause 1 of the Constitution which merely refers to the President as the Executive. The President is directed to “take care that the Laws be faithfully executed” as explicitly stated in Article II, Section 3, Clause 5 or else would face impeachment. Prior Presidents used “Executive Authority” to carry out duties delegated to their branch of government in the normal course of its functions. Failing to fulfill these requirements could be a cause for removal from office. In the case of President Obama his planned Executive Order on immigration would circumvent the legislative process hence making a new law which he is not empowered to do. This is the conundrum Congress and the American public face.

 

Days after the 2014 election a defiant President Obama misread the will of the people claiming he was going ahead with his plans to resolve “the immigration crisis.” A rapid rebuke to Obama’s plans came from the new Majority Leader of the Senate Mitch McConnell and the current House Speaker John Boehner. In no uncertain terms, Speaker Boehner noted, circumventing Congress would jeopardize immigration reform for the rest of Obama’s term. http://www.politico.com/story/2014/11/john-boehner-obama-immigration-112861.html?amp The President seemed oblivious to the remarks from these leaders as his closeted plans leaked to the media. Expectations are Obama will proceed with his immigration agenda which will be met by an immediate judicial review or worse, an impeachment hearing. Quiet rumblings of impeachment by the more youthful members of Congress is not off the table. Excluding the latter

blocking funds for enforcement of Obama’s stated goals is another mechanism to stop his illicit acts. Ramifications of President Obama’s planned actions are numerous including a cost to implement in the tens of billions. As these people are legitimatized by Obama’s edicts rest assured more legal Americans will be edged out of work and onto entitlement programs. Boehner and McConnell are aging fossils who were very silent as Obama trampled on the Constitution in the past. They need to be replaced with more youthful members of the conservative caucus who want to act quickly to contain the President. Obama has drawn a proverbial line in the sand, which he plans to cross, daring Congress to act against him. Lame duck presidency will take on new meaning this January as the Republicans take control of the Senate. The question is: Do they have the cojones to act or will this be a replay of the Reid tenure? Most likely the former will occur, if not the Republicans will find their majority will dwindle next election cycle.

Who is the real Barack Obama? Is he the person who takes his cues from a teleprompter or the one behind the curtain of deception? Schizophrenia has come to the Oval Office. Americans are not sure which President will greet them on a daily basis. The man who took the Presidential Oath on January 20, 2009 no long inhabits the confines of the White House. His elusive double has taken control leaving no doubt his best interests do not favor ours. In his carefully crafted speeches President Obama’s doppelganger projects divisiveness and anger to a nation bleeding from hate. Conciliation and compromise are not elements embedded in his demagoguery. Antithetically the President was elevated to his office based on the latter themes. Transitional influences from 2009 onward affected this President’s demeanor and performance. He became more detached from day to day management of the country concentrating instead on personal pleasures. Shifting many responsibilities to the shoulders of appointed minions it has been difficult to know who is in charge of the American universe. Scandal plagued Administration aside an array of challenges to his management style has the country questioning: Are we a leaderless society? Corrupted by socialistic ideals in his more youthful years his game plan plays to a sub-segment of society which excludes a vast majority of Americans. Currently his mind betrays his inability to deal with reality. After an election that repudiated his Administration the President verbally attacked those who could bring an end to his reign. Nowhere in his recent speech did he concede the electorate, through the Republican landslide, had rejected his political agenda. As usual he blamed conservative media for the massive Congressional changes ahead not his failed policies. This nation has come to know two Obamas. One reflects a person who depends on mechanistic jargon to coral the unsuspecting and the other a confrontational demagogue whose values elude defining. Those trained in the art and science of psychoanalysis may see shades of gray in the President’s personality I have not described. Yet the central theme remains the same. America has a leader who doesn’t lead. A man who believes he can individually coerce a nation to follow his trail without dissent. In his fictitious World only his values and evaluations count. The public be damned. As the new power structure takes hold in Congress their first priority is a moral imperative, contain Barack Obama. Otherwise his alter ego may consume more of America leaving only the remnants to his successor.

Congress should be relieved of all its duties and sent home. Their inability to constrain a wayward President, who mocks them every chance he gets, is reason enough to show them the door. Sixty eight months ago Barack Obama promised hope and change to a populous who believed his demagoguery. Their expectations have fallen to new lows because promises made were not promises kept. Without any delay the President began refabricating every institution and tradition which allowed America to become the power house it is. Following the Tyrant’s Handbook Obama has moved along the boundary between Democracy and tyranny preparing the country for his new vision of America. In the President’s view borders are irrelevant as noted by his ambivalence to protect them. Allowing millions to enter the country, without legitimate authority to do so, reeks of his disdain for the curbs the Constitution places on him. Nevertheless Obama has used every agency of government to force his will on American citizenry. His nonstop efforts to involve the Administration in the complexities of American businesses have driven many companies to seek greener fields overseas. Utilizing the Internal Revenue Service, as a belligerent force to threaten his political foes, has the obnoxious scent of Nixonian style politics. Worse when the bread crumbs of deceit lead directly to the White House Obama acts like a good tyrant and hides behind the rants of others. This is exemplified by each and every scandal that has touched his Administration. Important to a tyrant are the changes he leaves behind as his successive edicts take hold. For Obama his management of America’s deterioration will be a legacy no President previously could claim. Congress’s inaction, allowing Obama a free reign, antithetically makes them equally as guilty of undermining America as the President.  Dictating national policy by use of Executive Orders runs counter to the foundations of Democracy. Worse, standing down as these Orders take hold, displays an ineffectual legislative branch whose unwritten signature stands next that of the President’s.  Tyranny has moved into to every jurisdiction in the nation routed through Washington D.C. Americans have been asleep as their last few rights are being swallowed by a government ravenous to control them. When the last vestiges of Democracy finally fade into the night Americans will remember the good old days when they had the right to vote and speak their minds openly.

Impeachment: Political Theater or Moral Imperative

 

Constitutional crises are extremely rare. When one arises the entire nation becomes embroiled in the substance of the problem as it moves through its various machinations. Two contentious issues have come to the forefront challenging the very foundations of our society. President Obama has used his pen to circumvent Congress to bring his personal agenda into fruition. With the stroke of his writing instrument Obamacare has been remodeled into a format not reflective of the law passed in March of 2010. Dramatically more perverse the President has altered immigration laws which have caused a flood of illegals to inundate our southern borders. Ramifications of both actions are slowly filtering throughout the very structure of this nation. For the former access to health care is diminished, for the latter a humanitarian crisis of proportions so great it challenges the sensibilities of a rational mind. Each of the three branches of government has their assigned roles empowered by a document that is keen on bringing balance and order to the nation. Unfortunately the present occupant of the Oval Office uses the Constitution as a doormat instead of a roadmap. President Obama has thrown down the gauntlet challenging those in the legislative halls of Washington D.C. to restrict his anti-constitutional behavior through impeachment proceedings. He may be granted his wish.

 

Conservatives have taken a beating over the last six years as progressives sought to undermine every institution, industry and tradition that made this nation strong. The scandal plagued White House has now moved into political territory so devastating it cries out to be checked immediately.  Rumors of a pending Executive Order that may provide amnesty to 5 million illegals has percolated throughout the dark corridors of Congress and beyond. Obama may be playing with political dynamite if he goes forward with this scheme. Discussion of impeachment has moved from a whisper to a hum as Republicans continue to deny the inevitable. On July 30^th the House of Representatives voted to sue the President for his unlawful use of Executive Orders. The vote was along party lines suggesting the Democrats continue to deny the President is overstepping his authority. A lawsuit, as proposed by the House, could take an extended time period to resolve, potentially ending up on the doorstep of the Supreme Court. Is this merely a delaying tactic in preparation for the trial of President Obama?

 

Impeachment of the President and other select officials is allowed under Article II Section 4 of the Constitution. During the period this section was written the Founders wanted a means to remove those who exceeded their authority, as established in this great document. In the alternative in the event a high official was falsely accused this section also provided a means for vindication. President Obama has willfully chosen to circumvent Congress by utilizing the privilege of Executive Order. The manner in which he has used this power is in question.

Nullification of laws and or treading on others has brought this presidency to a crossroad in history requiring hard choices Congress has avoided so far. Democrats believe Articles of Impeachment would be political theater to enhance the strengths of a party they distrust. Perspectives of many in the opposing party see impeachment as a moral imperative, nothing less. At this juncture Congress has not displayed its willingness to go down a path only two prior presidents have traveled. Looking forward the outcome of November’s election may determine the fate of a presidency which started with hope and change but may end in disenchantment and despair.

Presidents are elected to lead not hide in the shadows only to appear when the World is on the brink. Tensions amongst the nations are bordering on reintroduction of the Cold War, which came to a quiet end during the Reagan years. In recent days two events have occurred which could ignite into regional conflicts if their flames are not contained. Israel launched an aggressive raid on the Gaza Strip in response to persistent missile attacks from this location. Hamas’ aggression has been relentless placing Israeli cities under a dome of hysteria without reprieve. International outrage, as usual, is being levied against the Jewish State though they did not initiate the aggression. President Obama briefly displayed his concern by publically denouncing the high level of causalities in Palestinian territories, yet paying lip service to Israel’s right of self-defense. Displaying minimal leadership in this unfolding catastrophe his press release stated categorically that Israel should return to the 2012 peace plan. Mr. President, Israel was following this purported plan, Hamas wasn’t. As the elected head of our nation the President showed the World for the nth time he is a feckless leader detached from reality.

 

On a secondary front the downing of a passenger jet over the Ukraine killing 298 people shocked the conscience of many nations, except for one headed by a shadow. In the most shallow terms President Obama promised retribution to those who perpetrated this tragedy, unfortunately leaving out the means to achieve this end. Surprisingly Samantha Power, our United Nations Ambassador, had the effervescence to do what her boss would not take the game to the Russians. In biting tones her words accused pro-Russian forces of this atrocity and laid out potential sanctions the United States could bring to bear. Leading from behind has been the present Administration’s method of managing World crises. With maximum rhetoric and minimal substance Obama’s speeches have conveyed little to resolve the newest wars amongst nations.

 

Perhaps ghost President would be a better appellation for Obama. Allowing secondary officials to perform primary Executive functions is not a power delegated in the Constitution. House committees are still requesting where the President was during the night of the Benghazi raid. In the IRS scandal the President’s minions claim Obama was first notified of the problem through media sources. We now know the veracity of that notation is untrue. Four year election cycles are done for a reason, to bring competence and confidence to the nation’s highest office. During the last 2 cycles the electorate received much less than they expected.  Harsh times are ahead in the event leadership does not emerged from the corridors of power in the Capital. One thing for certain the paralysis in the White House will not be cured until the end of the present four year cycle.

America has a virtual President who casts an inconsequential shadow on a nation starving for leadership. Invasion USA is now taking place on our southern border with the blessings of Barack Obama. Word has spread throughout Central America, Mexico and elsewhere that American immigration laws are no longer enforced. To support this thesis; deportations are down, border patrols have been diminished, prosecutions of illegals are on a downward slope and Obama has forgotten his oath to protect the borders. The egregious events surrounding Pearl Harbor may look pale when compared to the catastrophe playing out in the south. Illegals are introducing an array of diseases that could be disastrous when seeded within urban populations. Poverty and crime are an integral part of the baggage illegals bring with them as the government plants these people throughout the nation. Citizens are finally comprehending the breadth and depth of the illegal incursion. Protests in California, Illinois, Virginia and elsewhere have deterred  large numbers of illegals from arriving in these jurisdictions. Yet immigration forces are plowing ahead with resettlement schemes which eventually may bring tens of thousands to a city near you.

 

President Obama ultimately wants a path to citizenship for the millions who have decided to make America their home. With gross disregard for established laws Obama continues to deride the Constitution utilizing Executive Orders to complete his endgame: reconfiguring our society. Ramifications of his edicts ripple across the country as the flood of the unwanted make their presence known. Since October of 2013 over three hundred thousand have transgressed our borders, a sub-segment of which are children. Obama has been successful in diverting the nation’s attention away from the border crisis by continuing to stir a dozen other scandals involving his participation. Requests for him to come to the southern border have been numerous. Most recently Rick Perry, the Governor of Texas, made such a request. The President felt it was more important to attend a fundraiser than view the mess he created. Obama’s disconnect with reality has been the subject of much discussion in the media. Defenders of the Administration give Obama high marks for attempting to remake America. Opponents see him as an inept man who vantages himself through the miseries of others. The Hispanic invasion of the United States has succeeded. Unlike FDR who led us to victory in WWII President Obama drives the nation further into the hands of the invaders. For this he must be held accountable by the people and Congress. Now is the time people must cry out in one voice enough is enough and impeach the shadow living in the White House under false pretenses.

President Obama must be a fan of George Orwell.  Newspeak, a fictional language created for the novel 1984, has moved into reality. Obamaspeak is America’s newest language.  By deleting or redefining words left becomes right and yes advances to no. Jihad is a word never to be uttered by anyone within the President’s sphere of influence. Thirteen dead and more than thirty severely wounded by a crazed Muslim radical, the Administration called this incident at Fort Hood workplace violence instead of true the term, Jihad. In his most recent assault on the English language Obama no longer designates transgressors of America’s borders as illegal. Instead he has moved them on to immigrant status once their feet touch our soil. A few within Obama’s circles actually want illegals to be called citizens immediately upon arrival. Analogous to Orwell’s novel Obama uses the weight of government to enforce these language changes. The President’s recent reference that America is a nation of all religions instead of a Judeo-Christian one, as his predecessors called it, suggests his true mindset on religion. Neither Middle Easterners nor those from the Asian subcontinent helped build this nation. Yet in a few short years since the incipience of Obama’s first inauguration these people have been included in the texture of modern thought by a President who wants to rewrite history. Language has a tremendous effect on the mind. By refitting and retreading language structure and function the masses could be swayed to ideas and actions that were precluded from former rational thought. Scandal is a word the President wishes would vanish. He has made every attempt to spin this word yet it has stuck to his illicit actions like a fly to flypaper. Where Orwell’s novel and Obama’s actions digress is in the former a great leader was pictured running the nation but in the latter no one appears to be at the helm. If Obama is intent on reconditioning the English Language then the word President should be changed to Emir while he continues to serve. Swarms of children have been pouring across America’s southern border this year. Estimates that 80,000 children will cross may be a conservative number. Destinations of origin include Honduras, Guatemala and other Central American poverty centers. Attracted by President Obama’s loose immigration policies expectations are they will not be deported. With weak border enforcement and Executive Orders favoring the illegal flow immigrants are finding crossing has many pluses for them. Entitlements are offered to anyone who makes it through the tumultuous terrain separating the countries south of the border. In many instances border guards have been told to stand down as these crowds move within their jurisdictions. Recently criminals, by the tens of thousands waiting for deportation, were released into the midst of the American landscape. Few in Congress even winked when this occurred. Obama’s strong push to legitimatize tens of millions of illegals already in the country further attracts those yet to come. Children, many younger than 12, are crossing into the United States without their parents. Most have scanty possessions with them. Facilities to house these children have been slow to come online. Basics such as food, clothing, sleeping accommodations and medical checkups have not been given the priority they deserve. Instead, believe or not, large sums of federal money have been put aside for lawyers to manage these new immigrants’ cases. Reports that children have been picked up in Texas, provided with a few basics and dumped in other states, especially Arizona have a basis in reality. Jan Brewer, Governor of Arizona, has made vehement complaints to the White House. So far her concerns have fallen on deaf ears. Billions have been requested by the White House to manage this emerging crisis, with deportation not in the consideration. Obama’s utilization of children as a political tool to further enhance his immigration policies is deplorable. Worse he may have added another reason for his impeachment. Border protection is a number one priority for any president. Obama has deliberately failed to protect them. Congress must act now or the next wave will be the parents of these pawns.

Hard Choices, a new book by Hillary Clinton’s ghostwriter, purportedly details many aspects of her reign as Secretary of State. To energize book sales the publisher released a chapter that contains her personal analysis of the events surrounding the Benghazi assault on September 11, 2012. Instead of supplying a factual account the former First Lady goes on a childlike rant blaming everyone but herself for this tragedy. She notes misinformation, speculation and flat out deceit by some politicians and the media keeps this scandal alive. Mrs. Clinton fails to answer the “hard” questions to put this tragedy to rest. The most of important of which is: who told the military forces to stand down as the Benghazi compound was under assault? Clinton cleverly uses the deaths of the four killed on September 11th to her advantage by stating, “I will not be part of a political slugfest on the backs of dead Americans.” She goes on to state, “it’s just plain wrong and it’s unworthy of our great country. Those who insist on politicizing the tragedy will have to do so without me.” Clearly she does not want to testify in front of the Special House Committee assembled to uncover the truth concerning  this foreign policy disaster. As a president wannabe she displays none of the characteristics required of a leader. Lessons learned while Hillary was Secretary of State, to utilize rhetorical nonsense to divert attention from matters of importance, is a theme playing out here. Obama, the master of deceit and diversion, continues these tactics to keep the nation in the dark on all aspects of the scandals that plague his Administration especially Benghazi. Foolhardy people who defend both Clinton and Obama do so blindly while being kept in the dark themselves. Hillary’s gambit to diminish her involvement in the events of 9/11/2012 failed. If she embarks on a campaign for the presidency the road for her will be treacherous at the minimum. Anyone who has closely followed the scandal of 2012 knows more information exists than the Administration is willing release. Paradoxically Hillary has politicized this event by releasing a portion of her memoirs, antithetically to her accusations of others doing the same. Truth has a means of surfacing even when the naysayers inhibit its emergence. I hope Hillary rethinks her verbal assaults on others because these words appear to lead directly back to her nest.

While the majority of the population slept our misdirected government engineered major changes to their legacy legislative effort, Obamacare. Most startling of the alterations, many will be able to keep their traditional plans intact deep into 2017. Thirty other changes, through Executive edicts, have been implemented to make this egregious law more palatable to voters in 2014 and  subsequently for the presidential election in 2016. Driven by political considerations candidates running for Democrat seats in the House and Senate are running away from this catastrophe in evolution. Many ardent supporters of Obama are having second thoughts concerning his agenda, as the President tweaks the legal nightmare he has inflicted on the nation. Dozens of mandates have been modified, extended and or simply circumvented to keep the Affordable Care Act afloat. Insufficient numbers of paying subscribers have signed up in the Exchanges. Reportedly four million have enrolled. Those in the know question the mix of this group. White House officials are mum whether these new Exchange patrons have been moved off Medical Assistance to this newest of subsidized programs. This leaves a small window of possibility that a few paying customers joined. Many are asking the question whether the Affordable Care Act is on life support. Omens of failure are omnipresent. Insurance premium nightmares are being reported throughout the country, rising by as much as 100%.  Those who have not lost their jobs are seeing their hours cut by 25% or more. Clever means have been purported to deny patrons of this disaster the very elements advertised by the President and his minions. Obamacare was never about improving health care in America. Instead it was designed to usurp one-sixth of the economy and create a unitary payer system with the central core controlled by the Washington D.C.  bureaucracy. Confusion has been introduced into the health system, at every level, which completely defeats its endgame, better medical care for all.  Affordable care Act has been found to be not so affordable. From the perches of many Obamacare is unraveling and could sink under its own weight. In subsequent articles the dangers of Obamacare will be discussed.

Irony has a way of working itself into the fabric of history. Electing Barack Obama in 2008 was celebrated as a transitional point for American culture. Hope and change were touted as new themes by a presidential candidate who came out of nowhere. A nation torn apart by two wars and a recession was ready for new blood in the White House. Promised hope faded away as the years went by and the changes expected degraded every institution and industry in the country. Once a proud country, America fell to bad decisions, opaque bureaucratic entanglements and a level of arrogance never before seen in the Executive Branch. President Obama’s State of the Union Speech (see State of the Disunion Speech: more of the same) was indicative of the outright misrepresentations and distortions spewing out of his Administration. Challenging the truth with every word he speaks President Obama’s legacy will be one of unfulfilled promises and overreach which has constrained the most productive amongst us. Keystone pipeline advocates, from both parties, viewed the convoluted and irrational Obama bureaucracy at work, which stifled this important project. Energy independence has been a cornerstone policy of President, yet five years have gone by and our dependence has only increased. Keystone would have provided a major conduit to transport oil from our northern neighbor. EPA has stalled this project for years and continues to do so. Who benefits from this delay? Obama’s energy policy became crystal clear when he bowed to the Saudi King.

 

Close inspection of Obama’s agenda does not bode well for an America whose underpinnings have been weakened in the last five years. Immigration reform has been a hot button topic from the beginning of the President’s Administration. Conflict within Congress has set the stage for the President to go it alone on this issue with Executive Edicts, which challenge his prescribed powers. Obama’s mindset for reform would bring in millions of people overwhelming an already bloated entitlement system and displacing countless Americans. The myth that Americans do not want these jobs is another fabrication.

 

Foreign policy has been nothing less than a disaster. Negotiating with Iran to end its drive for a nuclear weapon displays the gullibility of this Administration. Announcing to our enemies the withdrawal schedules of our troops from Iraq and Afghanistan was nothing less than crazy. Worst of all apologizing for America’s prior actions on the World Stage was a direct insult to all those who died to keep the nation safe from our enemies overseas. Ironic as it may seem this country’s darkest enemy may not be beyond our borders. Our worst enemy may be a Chief Executive who never found his way home. Dan Pfeiffer, a spokesperson for President Obama, was recently interviewed by Chris Wallace on Fox News. This advisor to a sitting president stumbled over his answers as he tried to evade a series of direct questions. His answer concerning the massive number of jobs losses under the Obama Administration was especially interesting. Dan claimed 8 million new jobs were created since Obamacare was initiated. Chris quickly retorted that Obamacare’s machinery just came online in October of 2013. The President’s man appeared dumb founded. As Chris moved on he wondered why so many employees are being laid off because of the new health law. The President’s advisor reiterated the Obama script by noting his Administration inherited the worse financial crisis since the great depression. Then he went on to state people were also being laid off in large numbers on the previous president’s clock. This fall back stratagem is getting somewhat rusty and Chris Wallace appeared to be annoyed. Deception is Obama’s greatest survival technique. Dozens of the President’s men and women amazingly lie to reporters, elected government officials and the public at large daily concerning all facets of his Administration’s functions. Stonewalling, another technique Obama uses to evade the truth, has been raised to the level of an art form during his tenure. With a dozen scandals brewing and more to come, information flow from all segments of the Executive Branch have diminished to a trickle. Freedom of Information Requests, lawful orders from the Congress and subpoenas mean little to a President who believes the Constitution is a doormat not a roadmap for Democracy.  Exceeding his authority with ridiculous Executive Orders has become the norm for President Obama.  The Administration has misconstrued the meaning of Executive Order. They are not to circumvent Congress, as Obama continually tries to do. The legal machinery of this Order allows the Executive Branch to carry out its functions more smoothly, nothing more. President Obama believes he can usurp the legislative process with a pen and a phone. Arrogant in tone and wrong in approach, the President is only enhancing a return to a Republican controlled Senate. God, once a common theme in American culture, has been relegated to a secondary role in a deteriorating nation. Religion is under assault from many who believe our country should be a land of atheists not deists. Government, at every level, is giving in to groups who want religious icons removed from public view. From Christmas decorations on public lands to the Ten Commandments in courthouses legal challenges have been successful in their removal. Atheists are posting statements on billboards across the country questioning the beliefs of the majority who continue to have faith in an almighty deity.  President Obama has spearheaded the assault on religion denying people their First Amendment rights to practice religion in the manner in which they chose. Birth control is being forced on the Catholic Church though the Administration states otherwise. An order of nuns must now provide birth control to their employees or face the wrath of the all-powerful IRS. Military chaplains have received word they would be punished if they did not follow the atheistic agenda of the Obama Administration. Worse, soldiers are being forced to congregate and be sensitive to the needs of their homosexual counterparts. Indoctrination courses to sensitize soldiers on gay and lesbian issues have been introduced into course work a soldier must take to remain in the military even when it is against their religious beliefs. America’s legal landscape is fraught with lawsuits impeding prayer sessions in schools, at sporting events and wherever the word of God can be heard in public. Is God under house arrest in America? It seems so. Five years appears like an eternity, yet the war on religion was initiated the day President Obama took office. Quiet application of Administration mandate, circumventing certain religious beliefs, has filtered through government circles.  President Obama can deny his anti-religion agenda exists, yet the devil is in the details. America is moving through dark times presently with no light seen at the end of the proverbial tunnel. One thing for certain God has not turned away from America, the nation has turned away from him. American culture has been under radical assault for the last five years. Certain ideologies and beliefs, once the norm, became an anathema to those who hated America’s fundamental values and what they stood for. In order to move away from this embedded thinking the power centers had to first recondition how the collective population interprets present social and political trends. This task was performed by metamorphosing language structure. Words and phrases in current use during the initiation of this transformation were either deemphasized or over accentuated as the need arose. Many of us still remember the word “terrorist” being removed from Obama’s lexicon of accepted government words. Jihad was given a similar treatment. When a “terrorist” attacked an American facility on the mainland or abroad Obama’s minions came up with the words “manmade event” or phraseology of a similar nature. Groups of inner city children, en masse, who perform criminal acts against commercial centers, the words “flash mob” entered into common use to deemphasize the nature of the action. Traditional marriage is no longer considered traditional under the eyes of those who wanted to curry favor with a micro-segment of the population.  The term “gay marriage” was crusaded throughout the corridors of state legislatures to allow deviancy to be brought into the mainstream. The words transgender, transsexual or other bizarre mix became a rallying cry in my adopted state of Maryland. Legislators jumped into action to correct this bump in the road. Presently a man can throw on a dress, in this very blue state, if he wants to use the lady’s bath or dressing rooms at your local Walmart. In recent days the concept of illegal was given the liberal treatment. California’s highest court will now permit illegal immigrants to practice law provided they meet the same criteria as their legal counterparts. This decision redefines the legality of illegality. In a short time this concept will be the law of the land. Shifting word and phrase structure has long been a tool of tyrants to amass and retain power. Welcome to the America of 2014. Mass manipulation of the populace is moving along as planned. Do not be surprised when the name of our beloved country is stricken from historical and other references to finish Obama’s transfiguration of American society. It is the next-step in his agenda. America transitions from Democracy to hypocrisy

 

Extolling the virtues of failure as he moves through his day, President Obama’s success can be measured in the number of lies he spews hourly. Democracy is no longer an essential theme for an Administration that has undermined every institution, industry and tradition in the country. Instead their sole purpose for being is to control every aspect of its citizenry’s existence. To bring this goal to fruition the Obama Administration has set out on a path of deceit so profound that it startles even their most staunch supporters. Worse, when the lies are revealed the massive cover up begins. Choose your topic: the massacre in Benghazi, Obamacare, Fast and Furious, the IRS assault on conservatives, fraudulent use of taxpayer funds are just a few of the insidious actions taken by an out of control Executive branch. America no longer functions by law, fiat has become the vehicle of control to implement the President’s agenda. Every wrongful action committed by the President has been submerged using chicanery to inhibit full disclosure of its intent and outcome. Most recently President Obama has utilized a variety means to deceive the public about key elements of Obamacare. America has only tasted the bitter fruit of phase one, the insurance exchanges. With their failures reported in all fifty states the Administration has maintained one script which obviates the truth. Obamacare’s basic algorithms are flawed, which is no surprise to the public who has to deal with them. Failure has been the core theme threaded throughout President Obama’s virtual usurpation of American culture, rhythms and infrastructure. He has misled tens of millions that the road to their futures depends on the work of others, not their own. With well-rehearsed demagoguery Obama appeals to his audiences’ weaknesses with the intention of retaining his power base. Hypocrisy is the new Democracy, left unchallenged, will become the template for future Administrations. For now a lame Congress and a left leaning Supreme Court have done little to impede America’s departure from Democracy. Perhaps the Administration should take a lesson from the Old Testament: thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor. Yet, I believe they are too busy planning their next cover up.

For the last five years Americans have been asleep. As we slumbered Democracy was being supplanted by forces unfriendly to it. The very strength of our nation drained away as the blood of socialism was being transfused into our institutions, industries and classrooms. Many of us, who saw the changes coming, were ignored, became banter of late night talk shows or found our words squelched by left-wing media outlets. Five years later the laughs have stopped giving way to the concerns that America’s transition is detrimental to all political persuasions. United States is now managed by a group that believes it can pick and choose which laws it will follow. Justice is meted out by those with a skewed view of the Constitution. Laws have become weapons in their hands to move narrow agendas forward which benefit only a few. A formerly strong and conscientious nation appears foolish on the World stage. Barack Obama leads from behind. His hesitations, lack of transparency and indecisions have defined him as less of a leader and more of a follower, who takes his cues from the social deviants in which he keeps company. America’s re-fabrication has redefined the essence of this nation. Be the best you can be has been replaced with give as much as you can and as often as you can to those who do not want to contribute to the collective. Be dependent is the theme from the White House. Individuals who succeed on their own are an anathema to those who move up the food chain on the backs of others. Any attempt to change the dependency apparatus in the nation’s capital is met with an array of disarming statements such as: poor children will starve or the elderly will be put out in the streets. None of it true, yet it keeps the gravy flowing to a population that knows how to cajole politicians to keep the entitlement faucet open. The half of America which has awakened to its own plight realized omens of failure were apparent throughout the country. Massive student loan debt, trillions promised to public pension plans, an untenable mortgage market backed with dwindling government coffers and a million unfulfilled promises by politicians are the seeds which will sink this nation fiscally. Great leaders rise up from the murk every so often, our President in not one of them. In the event Congress performed the task of governing appropriately, Barack Obama would have heard the gavel of impeachment by now. Instead he continues to party and deride the country as though tomorrow may never come. Perhaps he knows something the rest of us don’t.
