WHY MANY WILL MISS BARACK OBAMA

Former President Barack Obama energized the media with his weekly scandals, blatantly confusing rhetoric and the devious nature in which he managed his office. Barack Obama’s passing into history is tantamount to a pin hitting the floor, it’s barely audible now. This article can only touch upon the myth created around an ineffectual leader. As we know myths become legends and legends become whispers of a past that never happened.

Egregious leaders are usually colorful, self-absorbed with egos that define who they are, no less for the former President. Many questions still surround Obama’s background that continues to haunt us today. Why was his school records kept from the public? How did he manage to obtain entrance to Harvard Law School? Who were his financial backers?  One can clearly state a cloak of secrecy enveloped him early on keeping inquisitive minds at a distance. During the hunt to identify who resided in the White House the hunters were stonewalled at every turn. The greater irony was the alphabet soup of media outlets were in the tank for him right or wrong. Those who took an antithetical view to Obama’s stated goals found themselves diminished and or out in the street because there was no tolerance for the truth under the then reigning monarch. The game was who would Obama harm next as he cheated the country out of a well-deserved treason trial.

Against all odds the country did not fall into a World War as Obama destroyed relationships with the few friends the United States had left on this planet. Israel was blatantly rebuffed. Russia was cast as the ultimate evil empire ready to tear into us without notice. China was given the keys to our country as they dumped commercial products on our shores creating massive trade imbalances measured in hundreds of billions. Incompetence cannot be measured. In the event it could Obama’s IQ would be beyond the ability to quantify. The former President’s actions eviscerated this country. Nobel Peace Prize was given to him yet no peace occurred. Trillions stolen from the treasury to reconstruct the country yet infrastructure is still decadent. Health care access and delivery are a mess after spending hundreds of billions on a program designed to lose.  Race relations are infinitely worse since Obama took office for deliberate reasons among them were his blatant hate for every tradition and institution which made this country strong. Ineptitude follows those who spread their wings but have no ability to fly. President Obama could not fly nor did he have the capability to perceive the detriment he caused the nation.  As the toxic cloud of Democrat rule diffuses the left will attempt to stifle the new President’s rule with a collection of measures designed to cause gridlock. President Trump will succeed, as the left, shocked by a loss to him, moves further into oblivion.  Yes, tens of millions will miss Obama for the day to day entertainment his incompetence provided. Now that he has moved on the level of Prozac intake has already gone down exponentially as we look forward to rational government once again. In a World full of tensions and suspicions reality confronted a nation on September 11, 2001 that was out of sync with geopolitics. Previously atrocities caused by Muslim terrorists visited borders external to this nation. With the advent of Nine Eleven the American conscious was awakened to the fact Muslim radicals wanted to draw us into a conflict they have been fighting for millennia. Over the ensuing 13 years the psyches of the average citizen have been immersed in the daily reports of death and violence perpetrated by a group waiting to be civilized. Whether we like it or not a radical theocracy is on the move and the U.S. is in their sights. President Obama’s irrational Middle East policies have caused consequences not foreseen by the Administration. Haphazard withdrawal of our troops from the area has exited many to once again use barbaric acts to force religious intolerance on those who want to be left alone. ISIS, a word once equated with an Egyptian Goddess, can now claim a new home within the structure of a terrorist group. World-wide attention has been focused on ISIS’ brutality. Grotesque treatment of anyone who does not run with the ISIS agenda is seen in its culture of damnation. Beheadings, rapes, murders of the aged and the young are their signature achievements, nothing more. These actions can instill fear into any rational mind and have redefined a radicalism that is ravenous for acceptance. Yet America’s complacency rises to pre-World War II levels reinforcing the belief this nation is untouchable by a foe ten thousand miles away. Knowing the latter is not true has not moved the Administration to act in a responsible manner. Collective efforts by the international community, to tread lightly, appears to have emboldened not retrenched this enemy of humanity. Decades ago a minor sub-segment of the Arab community began hijacking jets and commandeering ships. After Nine Eleven entire nations were their new targets. Sadly there is not global condemnation of their hideous acts as the recent decapitation of James Foley displays. Thanks to our wayward President and a fawning media Muslimization of the American mind will continue until they realize the danger this group portends. Our country is starved for leadership which is not present in the current Washington crowd. In the next election consider all factors before voting for people who hate America and everything it stands for.

The Shadow Presidency

 

Presidents are elected to lead not hide in the shadows only to appear when the World is on the brink. Tensions amongst the nations are bordering on reintroduction of the Cold War, which came to a quiet end during the Reagan years. In recent days two events have occurred which could ignite into regional conflicts if their flames are not contained. Israel launched an aggressive raid on the Gaza Strip in response to persistent missile attacks from this location. Hamas’ aggression has been relentless placing Israeli cities under a dome of hysteria without reprieve. International outrage, as usual, is being levied against the Jewish State though they did not initiate the aggression. President Obama briefly displayed his concern by publically denouncing the high level of causalities in Palestinian territories, yet paying lip service to Israel’s right of self-defense. Displaying minimal leadership in this unfolding catastrophe his press release stated categorically that Israel should return to the 2012 peace plan. Mr. President, Israel was following this purported plan, Hamas wasn’t. As the elected head of our nation the President showed the World for the nth time he is a feckless leader detached from reality.

 

On a secondary front the downing of a passenger jet over the Ukraine killing 298 people shocked the conscience of many nations, except for one headed by a shadow. In the most shallow terms President Obama promised retribution to those who perpetrated this tragedy, unfortunately leaving out the means to achieve this end. Surprisingly Samantha Power, our United Nations Ambassador, had the effervescence to do what her boss would not take the game to the Russians. In biting tones her words accused pro-Russian forces of this atrocity and laid out potential sanctions the United States could bring to bear. Leading from behind has been the present Administration’s method of managing World crises. With maximum rhetoric and minimal substance Obama’s speeches have conveyed little to resolve the newest wars amongst nations.

 

Perhaps ghost President would be a better appellation for Obama. Allowing secondary officials to perform primary Executive functions is not a power delegated in the Constitution. House committees are still requesting where the President was during the night of the Benghazi raid. In the IRS scandal the President’s minions claim Obama was first notified of the problem through media sources. We now know the veracity of that notation is untrue. Four year election cycles are done for a reason, to bring competence and confidence to the nation’s highest office. During the last 2 cycles the electorate received much less than they expected.  Harsh times are ahead in the event leadership does not emerged from the corridors of power in the Capital. One thing for certain the paralysis in the White House will not be cured until the end of the present four year cycle.

America starves for leadership as Obama plays

 

President Obama has no shame. As the country attempts to crawl out of a recession and confront a potential war, the parties go on at the White House. Described as a star-studded event last week, the leftists danced in a salute to Memphis Soul, in the most recent tax funded extravaganza.  The usual cadre of celebrity lackeys showed-up to salute a President who has forgotten that; 50 million people are on food stamps, 90 million no longer seek work, 8.8 million collect disability and  a country that is disabled by crippling economic policies. Scenes are portrayed daily, by a fawning media; of a President playing golf, vacationing, hanging with the Hollywood crowd, campaigning and more. We never see Obama; presiding over Cabinet meetings, discussing world events with the Joint Chiefs of Staff, huddling with Congressional leaders, yet views of him headed to or away from Air-Force-One are prevalent through cyberspace. There is something wrong with this picture. From the perches of tens of millions, President Obama does not project the characteristics of a leader. Instead, his innate mania  drives him towards the more epicurean elements of life than the challenges reality throws in his daily path. War with North Korea could be in our immediate future. Under these circumstances, a leader would have meetings with the heads of “all” major countries in the area, to resolve the immediate crisis. Instead, Obama sends secondary and tertiary members of his staff to negotiate for him, because his pleasures come first. Busily planning his next golf outing, the President has minimal time for trivialities such as American defense, averting war, international relations and economic reform. With the nation falling into an economic sinkhole, logic would dictate the White House would be working 24/7 for solutions to pull us out, not under an Obama regime. Instead, the nation is treated to more of the same rhetorical nonsense and inaction the President has served up in the past.  America is starving for leadership, the question is will Obama will he take us further into economic oblivion.
